本公司為國軍官兵退除役輔導委員於民國61年投資成立，除提供民眾舒適安逸之百貨購物空間，另配合退輔會輔導退除役官兵就業及照顧榮眷政策，公司優先安置退除役官兵或榮眷就業，以盡企業社會責任。
