本公司為行政院國軍官兵退除役輔導委員於民國61年投資成立，除提供民眾舒適安逸之百貨購物空間，另配合退輔會輔導退除役官兵就業及照顧榮眷政策，公司優先安置退除役官兵或榮眷就業，以盡企業社會責任。
The company was invested and established in 1961 by a member of the Executive Yuan for retired military officers and soldiers. In addition to providing a comfortable and comfortable department store shopping space for the public, it also cooperates with the Retirement Auxiliary Association to guide retired officers and soldiers in their employment and take care of the honorable family policy.
